Terms & Conditions for Cams Innovations

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) or subscribing to our SMS/text messaging and communication programs (the “Services”), you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site or opting into SMS messaging, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding legal agreements under Canada’s laws. If using on behalf of an organization, you promise you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to:

  • Use the Site lawfully and for intended purposes.
  • Not abuse or disrupt the Site (e.g., hacking, automated scraping).
  • Respect our content—nothing may be copied, modified, or republished without our express written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

7.1 Consent

By submitting your mobile number and opting in (via form or keyword reply like “START”), you agree to receive automated messages from Cams Innovations. Msg & data rates may apply

7.2 Message Content & Frequency

You may receive various messages—updates, promotional messages, alerts, surveys, etc. Expected frequency is disclosed at opt-in (e.g., up to 4 messages/month)

7.3 Opt-Out & Support

Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. For help, text HELP or email us at [email protected]. We act on all unsubscribe requests promptly

7.4 Messaging Carrier Info

Service may be subject to carrier network availability and fees. Standard messaging rates apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cams Innovations and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including messaging errors or interruptions. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Cams Innovations in the past 12 months—or CAD 100 if none.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties—express or implied.

10. Modifications to Site/Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice. We’re not liable for changes or downtime.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may opt-out of messaging at any time. Sections 4–10 survive after termination.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of CA, United States. Disputes must be resolved exclusively in California courts, though small-claims matters may be pursued elsewhere if permitted by law.

13. Severability

If any clause is unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the rest of the Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms. Significant changes will be posted or emailed, with an updated effective date. Continued use means you accept the new terms
